The Class N Permit may be treated as a Digital Nomad Visa<\/strong> that is granted to individuals working remotely in Kenya for companies registered outside the country.<\/p>\n

It is issued to foreigners who are not classified as prohibited immigrants. The validity of this visa is\u00a0one\u00a0<\/strong>to 2 years<\/strong>, with the<\/span>\u00a0option for renewal.<\/p>\n

The permit applies to those employed under a contract with a company based abroad, shareholders, those who act on behalf of foreign businesses, or self-employed professionals providing services to clients outside Kenya.<\/p>\n

To apply for a Kenya visa<\/strong><\/a>, visitors must complete a straightforward process by filling out a form, paying the fee, and waiting for approval.<\/p>\n

Among the requirements for a Class N Permit are a valid passport, a cover letter, 2 face photos, and additional documentation.<\/p>\n
